For a long time I used the busyness of everyday life as an excuse to keep playing small in my business. I had a comfortable number of clients, and best intentions to grow my customer base as my children grew.

That’s how it could have continued…

But in 2013 my husband got temporarily assigned to the San Francisco Bay Area. We spent almost a year in one of the most entrepreneurial places on Earth.

I started engaging with people in the online space.  I “met” (although not yet in person)  the amazing Kim Doyal – aka the WordPress Chick. Kim prised open my eyes to the incredible possibilities of online business. She introduced me to the idea of leveraging my time and becoming truly location independent. And she showed me how online business can be done with huge generosity and heart.

Fast forward just over a year and Christine Sheehy & Co was born. Communication is a key part of an online business.  I love helping entrepreneurs get clear on their ideas, own their brilliance and write with confidence – because that’s what I do best.

Launching this blog is a huge step on my entrepreneurial journey.  I’ll be sharing tips and tricks on writing and online business, as well as the odd blog about life, parenthood and the meaning of entrepreneurship.

Because this journey is not just about building a business. It’s about building the life you deserve.
