Why aren’t you saying what you REALLY want to say?

Are you saying what you really want to say?

Lately I’ve been meeting and working with a lot of women who are struggling with the same issue. And it’s driving me crazy.

So today I am calling you out. (Given the subject of this blog, I don’t really have a choice).

Are you saying what you really want to say?

Before I begin, I want to be clear that I’m not talking about any one individual here. These observations come from many meetings, conversations and consultations over several months.

I’ve been talking with strong and passionate women like you. Women who are fired up, who have so much to contribute and have massive change they want to see in the world.

But they’re holding back

They’re playing nice, going by the rules, cloaking their truth in a soft, feminine façade. They’re talking about beautiful nourishing things like self-care and self-love, but all the while dancing around the margins of what they really care about.

Now don’t get me wrong I LOVE all of that stuff.

And there is a place for it, 100%. If it’s important and meaningful to you and your tribe, please keep sharing it.

BUT if your message runs deeper, if your calling is wider, if your passion is more profound, if the change you really want to see goes beyond women taking better care of themselves, if self-care and self-love is a vehicle to something grander and more profound

Then why the heck aren’t you sharing that too?

The last few weeks have shown us yet again that we live in a time when we NEED more strong women in the public arena. We need powerful feminine voices, women who are strong and passionate and committed and willing to speak up.

I know for some of you there’s huge fear around speaking up or taking a stand.

Maybe your topic is contentious or your perspective goes against industry norms

Maybe you’re afraid of backlash

Maybe it would mean going back into an arena or an industry you’d gladly left behind

Maybe it’s the cultural legacy we all carry, the generations of strong women who’ve been punished for raising their voices

Or maybe you haven’t quite got a handle on your big idea – yet.

Here’s the thing:

Whatever it is that you’re holding back – it’s holding you back

You can’t attract your ideal clients and call in your right tribe, if you’re not speaking the words they are longing to hear.

You can’t shake up a paradigm if you’re not willing to publicly declare that you’re going to do things differently.

You can’t stand out if your message is just like everyone else’s.

If this sounds like you, then I want to talk with you.

I’m gathering a group of bold, inspired, conscious women like you who are finally ready to get clear on what you want to say, show up boldly and build your legacy.

I’ll be sharing step-by-step guidance for getting to the core of your message, finding your voice and sharing from the heart, so you can grow your tribe AND your business. You’ll have ongoing support and feedback all along the way.
